Jammin to Journey......

Happy Friday!!! You know it's going to be a wonderful day when you get started jamming to Journey at 8:30am!!!......They are playing on Today's Friday Summer Concert Series!!!!

Not sure what we are doing this weekend.....maybe a whole lot of nadda, but I want to try this recipe tonight....I think my man will love them.....:)

2 packages Sliced Bacon

4 pieces Chicken Breasts

1 jar Sliced Jalapeno Peppers

1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper

A package of chicken breasts, 2 packages of bacon, 1 jar of jalapeno peppers, and some lemon pepper. That is it!
You cut the chicken breasts up into small chunks and set them aside. Pour out some of the jalapeno juice and the slices into the same bowl so the chicken soaks up some of the juice.
Slice the bacon in half and use one piece of bacon per roll up.
Place one piece of chicken on the end of the bacon. Then add a pepper slice. Then another piece of chicken. Then – as the name implies – roll them up.
Place them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle lemon pepper over them.
Bake in the oven at 350-375 for about 45 minutes, turning them half way through the cooking process.
