Sweetheart 8k

I ran an 8k this morning! Eric and Asher cheered me on! I'm glad that they were there. I needed all the motivation I could get....it was tough!....makes me worried about the trail marathon that I have coming up in March....:(...I need to start training harder....

It was 40 minutes and 48 seconds....I felt good about it.....

It was fun...

We came home and Eric went to the Y to swim and I'm currently feeling not my prettiest self....I colored my hair.....again....

It okay...:(...it's dark...too dark for me.....a couple weeks from now I'll go to the Salon and get highlights....
