Here are some pics from this evening....
I followed the directions, except....I used really thin sliced chicken breasts....after 20 minutes...I put mozzarella on top and put them in for a couple more minutes...no sauce...I made my own sauce to go with frozen ravioli...hands down...one of the best meals ever....I also had veggies and parmesan beer bread to go with...
tomato pesto...butter...lots of white wine....lots of tomatoes...basil...oregano...garlic....and some cream.....lots of black pepper....I didn't follow a particular recipe, but have looked at so many that I'm sure it's from some cookbook.... I made the parmesan beer bread that Eric brought home from his boss's wife.....delicious....
Asher had some really good fun today....hopefully he has school tomorrow though....:)
He's going to to either be a chef or an artist....

Going to read my new cookbook tonight...isn't it beautiful???
Florence has always been my dream destination....maybe someday we'll get there, but for now...I'll just have to dream and flip through this wonderful book....I have a feeling that sometime soon I will be trying a recipe from this cookbook....xoxo....

Florence is only an 8 hour drive from our house! We are going that way this summer. You gotta hurry and get over here. Countless beautiful places to see in Italy and would love to see some of them with you!!
