I just roasted a bunch of veggies.....cabbage, carrots, onions and eggplant.....I eventually added the sausage to the cabbage, onion and carrots mix.....also, made rice to go with it....
Temp is 450....turning about every 15-20 min....

Busy...Busy...Day...
I just sat down....got a lot done today, but I still need to mop and dust the house tomorrow....I am pooped though....dinner just needs warmed up for when Eric walks in the door....Asher is bathed and having fun playing at the table.....

It came out all crispy looking and delicious....sorry...forgot to take pics of the finished results.....I always do that....
