Wizards and Hard Rock...

Yesterday was so much fun. We took Asher to the Hard Rock and the Wizards game again.....here are some pics....

We checked into the Grand Hyatt around 2:30pm....Eric and Asher went swimming while I read my book and relaxed in the room....then we headed to the Hard Rock for dinner and drinks....I packed Asher's backpack with all kinds of fun things to keep him busy and entertained while we ate and enjoyed a couple drinks...the Hard Rock is so close to our hotel and the arena....always good food and atmosphere too....

I ordered the Haystack Salad....it was da bomb!!!..I'm a dork...

Eric ordered a chicken ceasar...

We shared fries...

Asher had chicken tenders and fries...he drank 2 chocolate milks....he's a growin boy....

Too busy painting to look up for a family photo...oh well...:)

After he finished his masterpiece and gave it to our waitress, we headed to the game....

During a break...daddy got up and got him a Wizards hat....he loves it....he has 6 hats now...he loves wearing them....he knows he can't wear them during preschool, but when he comes home....he immediately puts one on....

The chipotle burrito giveaway always gets Eric on his feet...he always yells his loudest....the hype of getting that free burrito makes him a wild man......these people stole his burrito....I hope their happy...if they only knew how happy it would have made him.....

We slept in this morning...got home around 3pm after a quick trip to Trader Joe's....made it home just in time to watch OSU beat Minnesota......homemade pizzas are going to be devoured soon....can't wait to watch the commercials tonight....

Tons of veggies...broccoli, roasted peppers, red onions, roma tomatoes, grilled chicken and half had pepperoni....yum...

Friday Happy Hour

This afternoon while Asher is napping.....I am doing some beauty maintenance.....

I had a $10 off coupon for the new 2 hour express whitestrips....I thought this was a good idea about an hour ago....every 5-10 minutes....I am getting a zinger that chills me to the bone....aaaahhhhh....I hope the pain is worth it!!!...I would take a pic of me in pain, but I have vics vapor baby rub all over my face....yes...I said it....vics vapor baby rub is smeared all over my face....

Have you ever heard about putting petroleum gel on your face???...well, this kicks petroleum gel's butt!!!...I used to put the regular vic's rub on my face almost every night....Eric absolutely hated it....he would lean over to kiss me.... and yeah....I don't really have to explain...anyway, it clears out your pores and makes your skin just GLOW....I decided I was going to slather my face while I whitened my teeth....I also decided to do a quick mani/pedi....

My chubbies aren't too bad now....I always have to paint fake pinky toes on though....:(

Well, now I have to find something to make me not think about the pain I'm going through right now....bye for now.....AAAAHHHHH.....

Let's get sleepy...

Normally I have a glass of wine or two in the evening...but, I know that we are going to have many drinks this weekend....and of course eat a ton of junk....with us going to D.C. and Superbowl Sunday and all....so, I'm drinking some calming tea...reading some magazines....hopefully, I'll get sleepy soon.....

Time flies...

Oh...how time goes soooo fast! We had a busy day...school...speech....cleaning.....projects to do...There are moments when I look at Asher and just realize how big he is getting and time is going too fast....so, this afternoon I took a moment and looked at some pics from the past.....my baby....

Okay....enough reminiscing for now....gotta start dinner!!!...eeekkk.... 

Thomas Live

Asher had a blast at Thomas Live! Eric got us the more expensive tickets that were on the floor, but we decided to move to the stadium seating because it was easier to see everything. It was a great morning!

Excited...

I am so excited!!!! I feel better...I had a great day!!!....So much stuff done while Asher was at Preschool...I got all my grocery shopping done and still made it to the gym for a good workout....afterwards, I picked Asher up and we went to the Library...I checked out the max...I got some new cd's to listen to and a couple books to hopefully read....I checked Asher out 7 Thomas dvd's....and new books to read to him as well....it was a fun little trip....

I can't wait until tomorrow though! Eric is taking a day off work and we are taking Asher to Thomas Live at VCU in Richmond.....he will flip!!!...I will take plenty of pics!!! We are also taking him to another Wizards game on Saturday in D.C.....he had a blast a couple weeks ago....it was pretty inexpensive...well, for the amount of fun we all had...we are really anxious to do it again...We love D.C.!

I'm not making anything exciting tonight for dinner....we are going to eat leftovers from the last couple of days....I always hate eating leftovers when I just went grocery shopping though.....all the choices....it kills me...oh well.....:)

If he only knew about tomorrow.....he would be a little more excited than this....

This brightened my morning...

This morning I checked my email....my girlfriend sent me this...it brightened my day....
Yesterday I had a sour stomach all day and just felt sicko....my tummy is still tender, but hopefully I can kick the sicko feeling....:)
