Rainy Day...

It was pouring down rain this morning.....

He was sooooo grumpy after school....

I love when he needs his Momma....

Didn't know what I was going to do for dinner, but this endend up being a great mac & cheese....served it with green beans...

Put half pack or more of little sausages and corn in skillet....add cream cheese.... a little bit of milk...1 jar of salsa...stir until all mixed together....cook pasta, then drain....add all ingredients...put into a 13x9 pan and top with a lot of shredded cheese....cook 30 minutes at 350.....

Eric loved this.....forgot to take a pic of the finished product....it was good....trust me....
